Our group fitness classes in O’Fallon are strategically designed to balance strength training, injury prevention, and conditioning. Senior Fitness

Freedom Silver is our specialized senior fitness program for adults 60 and older in O’Fallon and surrounding areas. This group training class focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and maintaining long-term independence through structured, coach-led sessions adaptable to all fitness levels. Held every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30am, the Freedom Silver community has built strong social connections, including weekly lunch outings together.
